Duties: |
Our Technical Supervisors are responsible for the initial and on-going training of all Stylists/Technicians ensuring proper techniques are adhered to. In addition, the Technical Supervisor provides guidance to Center Manager and Corporate staff on technical matters.
• Designs and conducts initial Stylist training.
• Provides follow up training for the center’s Stylists, ensuring that Company technical standards are adhered to.
• When needed, provide technical evaluations of Stylists to assist Center Manager, making recommendations when corrective measures are required.
• Assists the Center Manager and the Sales staff in motivating the Stylists to actively promote conversions and upgrades to achieve company standards, including Retail Sales and Education.
• Prepares objectives for technical team and monitors results on a quarterly and annual basis.

Qualifications: |
•You must have a current AL Cosmetology license to be considered for this job.
• Must have 2 years supervisory experience.
